- to the spirit of Islam -

It is ironic that in the night sky we can see, with the naked eye the miracle of the universe; the fabric of all origin.

To be human is to make enormous mistakes. Paradoxically it is this same humanity with the mercy of God - that places us beside the angels.

Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan lived from 1890 to 1988 in Pakistan. He was an equal to Mahatma Gandhi but little is known about his peaceful work, through Islam. He practiced political change through non-violence in the very place that horrific atrocities continues to shatter the peace; the Peshawar Pakistan and the Khyber Pass area.

The Qur'an respects education and new understandings. In the spirit of the work of Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan this blog seeks to shed light on Islam, in the midst of ignorance, where some in the West, for their own purposes, spread untruth.

with best wishes,

kenny
